East Tennessee Chinese School (ETCS) is a weekend school established in 1994 by a group of parents who wanted to provide their children with an opportunity to learn the Chinese language. Organized and taught by parent volunteers, ETCS aims to bringing quality Chinese language education to students of all ages. The scope of teaching includes listening, reading, writing, and literature appreciation. Before and after school programs include Chinese Martial Arts, Chinese painting, Chinese chess, Chinese dancing and
Chinese music. Currently, ETCS has more than 80 students enrolled, and meets on Sundays at the Pellissippi State Technical Community College.
Hours: Sunday, 9:30 AM - 12:30 PM

ETCS is a member of Chinese School Association in the United States (CSAUS).
